What’s crackin, everybody?
My name is Taylor Thompson, and I created Do Strong dot Com to prove to people that you can build mass with the P90X workout program. To be frank, (Frankie Shaw is hott… just sayin…) to be frank, I am getting extremely sick of people saying that P90X is just a weight loss program. P90X can be way more than a weight loss program, as long as you make the proper adjustments to make it as such.
And really, that’s my ultimate goal here at Do Strong dot Com… To build muscle with the P90X program, and prove that you can gain awesome amounts of muscle mass with it. By doing so, I hope to show people the results that I gain with the P90X program, (currently have gained 9 pounds), and show people how to get the same results. Ultimately, it’s my goal to build muscle with P90X, and then teach you how to do the same.
You will notice that there are really 2 sections to this website. One section will be all about fitness and building muscle, and the other section will be my personal ramblings section, where I can talk about whatever I want to talk about. Let’s face it, folks, who wants to talk about the same fitness garbage over and over again on a daily basis? Sure, I like talking fitness. But let’s be honest, I don’t want this to feel like a job, and I should also be able to talk about whatever I want to talk about, right? Sure.
So if you’re just interested in reading my fitness stuff, then simply stick to these 3 categories: Build Muscle, Exercise Equipment, and Supplements. If you don’t mind reading about other fun topics, then you can check out my Personal Ramblings section.
Well, folks, that’s all the ‘About Me’ that I have for now. I literally just wrote this section in 5 minutes, which is totally B.A., because I have other stuff that I would like to do today.
